1. Nature of Services
We provide mobile boat maintenance and repair services (“Services”). As our business concerns the provision of services rather than the sale of physical goods, standard product return policies do not apply.
2. Pricing
Our pricing is based on time spent and travel required to the service location:
- Hourly rate: €95 per hour
- Call-out (on-site service) fees based on service area:
- Area A (€75): Helsinki metropolitan area and Sipoo (including Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi, Sipoo)
- Area B (€150): Central and Eastern Uusimaa (including e.g. Järvenpää, Kerava, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, Hyvinkää, Porvoo, Vihti, Siuntio, Inkoo)
- Area C (€200): Western and outermost municipalities (including e.g. Lohja, Karkkila, Raasepori, Hanko, Mäntsälä, Askola, Pukkila, Myrskylä, Lapinjärvi, Loviisa)
The applicable call-out fee is determined based on the service location and added to the total service cost.
If the service location falls outside the defined areas, pricing will be agreed separately.
3. Booking, Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booked service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the agreed service time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge for costs already incurred or lost time.
4. Performance and Acceptance of Services
The Services shall be deemed accepted upon completion of the agreed work. The Customer is responsible for reviewing the completed work without undue delay.
5. Defects and Complaints
If you believe the Services were not performed in accordance with the agreement or contain defects, you must notify us without delay after the service has been completed.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, remedy any verified defect within a reasonable time.

6. Limitation Regarding Returns
As no physical goods are sold, returns and exchanges are not applicable. Any issues related to the Services will be handled in accordance with the complaint procedure described above.
7. EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of entering into the agreement, without giving any reason.
However, if the Customer has expressly requested that the Services begin during the withdrawal period and the Services have been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost.
If the Services have been partially performed at the Customer’s request before withdrawal, we reserve the right to charge for the proportion of Services already delivered.
8. Refunds
Refunds are not generally applicable once the Services have been performed.
Any potential refunds or price adjustments are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Liability
We shall perform the Services with reasonable care and professional skill. Our liability is limited to the correction of defective Services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
